Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders received before 1pm the same day Monday-Friday (excluding bank holiday). Any orders received after 1pm will be sent the next working day.

All UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Island, orders over £200 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery will be automatically selected at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

Please use the order comments box for any delivery instruction. Note if you have advised to leave the parcel in a dustbin/wheelie bin we will not re send if the bin is emptied with your parcel inside.

Our delivery providers are Royal Mail using the Tracked 24hr service (parcel weight under 1.5kg) and Parcel Force 24 (1.6kg+) and we always aim to get orders to you as soon as we can.

Please note that neither delivery service is guaranteed but is an aim and can be longer due circumstances out of our control such as driver shortages, sorting office delays or if the delivery address is in a remote area. We unfortunately cannot offer a guaranteed next day service.

We may at times deliver the goods in instalments at our own cost if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

European delivery – Please note that by placing your order with Trinity Consultants you are confirming that you will pay the all the duty, tax and handling fees that your local authority applies to your order upon arrival into your country. We will not refund due to unsettled fees.

Countries we currently deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Gibratar, Greece, Guernsey, Hungary, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Solvenia, Spain, Sweden Switzerland, Ukraine, UK (inc Northern Ireland & Highlands) and USA.

If the delivery does not clear customs we will refund the order less the cost of postage once we receive it back.

If you you are looking to order from a country not listed please email info@trinity-consultants.com and we will advise cost and any restrictions.

 

Returns

You have the right to cancel the goods within 14 working days, which should be notified in writing. Should you decide to cancel the order after the goods have been dispatched then you are liable for the cost of the postage.

We will only accept returns and refund if the products are unopened. If the bags or bottles are opened then these cannot be refunded due to the nature of the product. If the return is accepted, the amount refunded will be less the original postage.

Please notify us immediately about any damaged, missing or incorrect products. We will then refund or replace depending on the individual circumstances, photos may be required in order to assess the situation.

The cost of the return is at the buyers expense unless otherwise advised by ourselves.
