I had a mare that had been chronically lame for 18 months tried everything ended up keeping her comfortable on paracetamol just to allow her to wander a small paddock with a friend. I fed circa eleven for 14 days and she is now comfortable out on a big field with her friends. Canters and walks sound suspect she is still lame in trot so intend to give her the winter to see how she fairs but am hopeful that now the blood is flowing better to her feet that she may become sound.
