It was too far and there are import restrictions so when Imperial Soldier went to live in New Zealand he could no longer have his EQUINOURISH which with two teaspoonfuls a day of TPGS-5 had really pulled him round and made such a difference, he shipped out looking really good. The problem was what to do? We researched things from our end in Jersey and Fiona Clarke; Soldier’s owner made enquiries her end. The best substitute we reckoned was Tasmanian Bull Kelp but could that be got in New Zealand? Latest news is she was able to import it and says Soldier has gone from strength to strength despite a wet muddy winter and now with a new baby daughter and spring grass sprouting things are looking good.
